All products available in our store are digital downloadable files. No physical items will be shipped.

Once your payment is confirmed, you will be able to download the files either directly from the order confirmation page or via an email with a download link. Either method will be considered as successful delivery of the digital product.

If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your files after completing your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of your order. If we do not hear from you within that time frame, we will assume the files were successfully delivered and downloaded.
